Dean's Welcome

As Dean of the Library, I welcome you to the Calvin T. Ryan Library! The library’s vision for itself is that it will be seen as an essential destination and catalyst for student, researcher, and community success. Essential to this vision has been the major redevelopment of our physical space, focusing on student and researcher learning spaces for our in-person visitors.

We continue to offer extensive online resources for all users, but particularly for those users who need access from their homes or at a distance from campus. The most important resource within the library is its people. A team of faculty librarians and staff are available in person and online to assist each student, researcher, and community member who needs assistance. This dedicated team will work to make certain your experience with the Library is both pleasant and successful.
